Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup seasoned sushi rice
  • 1 sheet of nori full-size
  • 1/3 cup imitation crab meat shredded
  • 4 thin slices of avocado
  • 2 strips of cucumber
  • 3 ounces sushi-grade salmon thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a small margin at the top edge.
  2. Place the shredded imitation crab, avocado slices, and cucumber strips along the bottom edge of the rice-covered nori.
  3. Roll the nori tightly from the bottom edge using a bamboo mat. Once rolled, place the slices of salmon on top of the roll, then slice into 8 even pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
