Almond Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 overripe bananas frozen
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds optional
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  1. The bananas need to be well frozen for this recipe. Chop the bananas and freeze them for at least 3 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Place the almond milk, almond butter, and frozen bananas in a food processor.
  3. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes. Scrape the sides, as needed. If you need more liquid, you can add a few more tablespoons of almond milk.
  4. Serve immediately, topped with chocolate chips and chopped almonds if desired.
  5. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
