Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds soaked overnight
- 3½ cups filtered water
Optional sweetener
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the almonds and water in a blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until creamy.
- Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl and strain the milk, squeezing out as much liquid as you can.
- Add the maple syrup and vanilla, if desired.
