Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds soaked overnight
  • cups filtered water

Optional sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the almonds and water in a blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until creamy.
  2. Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl and strain the milk, squeezing out as much liquid as you can.
  3. Add the maple syrup and vanilla, if desired.
