- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1½ cups ice
- ⅓ cup pineapple or apple juice
Instructions
- Place pineapple, strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice, and fruit juice in the blender and puree until smooth.

- Store. Store leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Mix in lemon juice or Ball's Fresh Fruit powder to help keep it from browning. It can also be frozen for 2-3 months. Reblend before consuming.
- Add a handful of spinach, a scoop of strawberry or vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, collagen, or fiber for added nutrients.
- To choose a ripe pineapple, smell the bottom for sweetness and feel for a slight give when pressed. Additionally, a leaf from the top should pull out easily.
