Ingredients

  • 1 large orange or 2-3 mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar or to taste
  • cherries to garnish if desired

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix the orange sections and pineapple in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle coconut on top.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with cherries.
