Ingredients

  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla work great
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 brazil nut
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk of choice
