Ingredients

  • 1 Rock glass filled with ice
  • Aperol This is an Italian spirit which can be found at all good liquor stores
  • prosecco Italian sparkling wine
  • soda water
  • Fresh orange slice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Fill a rock glass with ice.
  2. Pour 30ml Aperol.
  3. Add 60ml Prosecco.
  4. Pour a dash of soda water on top.
  5. Garnish with a thin slice of orange.
  6. Put a short straw inside, swirl it around to mix the ingredients.
