Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 2 oz Aperol chilled
  • 1 oz club soda chilled
  • 1 slice orange

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Fill glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco, Aperol and Club Soda and give a little stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy! Cheers!

Notes

  • While 3-2-1 are the official "parts" for an Aperol spritz, some bartenders like to add more champagne to the mixture, and I actually prefer it that way. While I was in Argentina, they only measured the Aperol, skipped the club soda altogether and then filled the rest of the glass with Prosecco. Feel free to make this recipe your own and play around with different measurements.
