Apple Brie Bruschetta

With just three ingredients, this super quick and easy apple brie bruschetta is perfect for unexpected guests or an impromptu evening with your significant other.

Ingredients

  • 1 french baguette sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 5 oz package spreadable brie cheese
  • 1 granny smith apple cored and thinly sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Set oven to high broil
  2. Spread each slices of baguette with Brie
  3. Top with an apple slice and place on baking sheet
  4. Broil on high until edges of bread are slightly browned, about 2 minutes
  5. Serve warm
