Made with date caramel, applesauce, warm spices, and healthy oats. This is the ultimate and easiest fall breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup unsweetened apple sauce homemade is best
  • ½ Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoon Date Caramel recipe link in instructions
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ Cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
