- ½ Cup unsweetened apple sauce homemade is best
- ½ Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tablespoon Date Caramel recipe link in instructions
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ Cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
Instructions

- Mix them ingredients together in a mason jar and set in the fridge overnight
