Apple Cider Float

Apple Cider Floats made with apple cider, vanilla ice cream, and caramel is the perfect way to celebrate delicious apple and fall flavors. Make one or a bunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup Cream Soda can also use ginger ale
  • 2 tablespoons Caramel sauce
  • ¾ cups vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the caramel sauce inside of a tall serving glass. Scoop the vanilla ice cream and place in the glass.
  2. Pour the apple cider and cream soda into the glass.
  3. Topped with optional whipped cream, more caramel sauce, sliced apples or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can top with whipped cream, additional caramel sauce, a sprinkle with ground cinnamon or even a few thin apple slices on the glass for garnish.

  • We used a 20 ounce glass when making this. You can easily break this treat into two smaller portions, especially for younger kids.
