Apple Cider Sangria
Apple Cider Sangria blends fresh apple cubes and cinnamon sticks with brandy, sparkling apple cider, and Prosecco to create a crisp and aromatic festive drink. The combination offers seasonal warm spices balanced by sparkling bubbles and fruit, served chilled over ice with apple garnish and optional cinnamon stick for aroma.
Ingredients
- 1 apple medium-large
- 2 cinnamon stick plus more for each glass
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 prosecco 750 ml, bottle
- 1 sparkling apple cider 750 ml - I like Martinelli's brand, bottle
Instructions
- Wash and cube the apple
- Place in a pitcher or large serving bowl with brandy and cinnamon sticks
- Stir gently to combine
- Just before serving add the bottle of Prosecco and bottle of sparkling apple cider to the pitcher
- Serve with over ice with an extra cinnamon stick
- Add some of the apples to each served glass
