Apple Cider Sangria
Description
This Apple Cider Sangria starts by cubing fresh apples and adding them to a pitcher along with brandy and cinnamon sticks. The mixture is gently stirred to combine the flavors and allow the brandy to absorb some apple aroma. Just before serving, chilled Prosecco and sparkling apple cider are poured in, introducing effervescence and additional apple sweetness.
Serving the sangria over ice keeps it refreshing while the cinnamon stick in each glass adds a subtle spicy note and visual appeal. Additional apple cubes in the glass reinforce the fresh fruit presence and texture. This sangria suits fall or holiday occasions, bringing together warmth from the spice and brightness from sparkling drinks.
