Apple Cider Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar (NOT apple cider, the juice)
- 2 garlic cloves peeled & grated on a microplane/zester
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the apple cider vinegar, garlic, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk well to combine.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil
- Alternatively, put all of the ingredients in a small canning jar. Close the lid and give the jar a good shake until the ingredients are well combined.
- Serve or store, covered, in the refrigerator.
