Apple Cider Waffles Recipe
Apple Cider Waffles combine the subtle spice of cinnamon and nutmeg with the sweet, fruity flavor of apple cider to create a flavorful breakfast waffle. The batter includes traditional leavening agents and spices, resulting in aromatic and tender waffles. These waffles are great fresh but can also be frozen for convenient reheating later.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon nutmeg

- Preheat waffle iron and grease well to ensure easy waffle release.
- Cook waffles until golden and fully set to avoid soggy or doughy centers.
