Apple cider whiskey cocktail is the perfect fall cocktail using whiskey, apple cider, lime juice and simple syrup and a dash of apple pie spice.

- 2 ounces whiskey
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- dash apple pie spice
- cinnamon stick , for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the whiskey, apple cider, lime juice and simple syrup. Give a good couple of shakes.
- Empty through a strainer to a glass filled a quarter of the way with ice or 2 large cubes.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
