Ingredients

  • 2 (21-ounce) cans apple fruit filling
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup cubed unsalted butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread 2 (21-ounce) cans apple fruit filling evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and ½ cup chopped pecans. Sprinkle the cake mixture evenly over the apple pie filling.
  4. Place pieces of 1 cup cubed unsalted butter on top of the cake mixture.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
