Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples , cored and sliced into thin wedges
  • 2 Fuji apples , cored and sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 11 ounces caramels
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanuts , coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Toss the apples with lemon juice.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl add the caramels and evaporated milk.
  3. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Arrange the apples around the plate in a circular pattern.
  5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apples in a circular pattern.
  6. Top with mini chocolate chips and peanuts.
