- 1 apple (cored and quartered)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (can swap with coconut milk if you wish)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed (whole or ground)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- 1 coop ice (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Serve with additional melted peanut butter if you wish.
