Apple Peppermint Iced Tea

Easy to make and deliciously refreshing, this Apple Peppermint Iced Tea is the perfect summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves washed (use more or less depending on desired amount of peppermint flavor)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups 100% apple juice
  • honey as needed
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves to the boiling water, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain and discard the mint leaves. Let the peppermint tea cool completely. Add the apple juice and chill. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little honey. Serve with ice.
  2. *If you're in a hurry, use less water initially when making the peppermint tea to make it more concentrated, then add ice cubes to cool it off, add the apple juice and serve right away.
