Apple Pie Dip
You have to try this Baked Apple Pie Dip recipe with layers of sweet, tasty flavors! It starts with a sweet cream cheese layer that's topped with apple pie filling, then it's finished with a cinnamon sugar crumble on top. This dip is the perfect sweet treat for parties, and so tasty served warm with graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, or apples for dipping!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup salted butter room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 20 ounces apple pie filling click link for my homemade recipe, or use a can of filling from the grocery store
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup salted butter cold and cubed
- ¼ cup salted caramel sauce optional topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add room temperature cream cheese and ½ cup butter to a large mixing bowl or the base of a stand mixer. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Use an electric hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the ingredients together on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the apple pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, granulated sugar and cold, cubed butter with your hands, or a fork, to form a crumble. Evenly distribute the crumble over the apple pie filling in the baking dish.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crumble on top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with salted caramel sauce (optional) before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, nilla wafers, shortbread cookies, gingersnaps, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes
- To make this recipe gluten free, use a 1-to-1 gluten-free flour substitute, instead of the all-purpose flour.
- Store apple pie dip leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. You can reheat the dip in the serving dish, covered, in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. You can also reheat individual portions of the dip in a small bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. This is perfect if you want to make yourself a little sweet treat for an afternoon snack or dessert!
