  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup butter softened to room temperature
  • 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Crumble:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl using a fork stir Jell-o with flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Make a fine and crumble.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle on it the crumbles.
  4. Bake for 7-8 minutes and do NOT stir.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
  6. When ready to use, take a fork and stir them first. The recipe makes 3 cups of crumbles.
Make the crust:
  1. In a large bowl mix all the crust ingredients and stir until combined.
  2. Transfer the crust mixture to a 9 x 9 square baking dish and press it firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 15 mins. In the meantime make the filling.
Make the filling:
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer or using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and beat on low-medium speed until smooth. Stop to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  3. Next, add the vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  4. After that, spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the whipped topping with the caramel. Stir well until fully combined.
  6. Spread the caramel whipped topping mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly and gently using the back of a spoon to make it even.
  7. Spread the apple pie filling evenly on top.
  8. Finally, sprinkle the lime crumbs.
  9. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve.
