Ingredients

  • 6 or 7 large (about 3lbs/1360g) granny smith apples
  • 1 cup (5oz/142 grams) raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¾ cup (4 ½oz/128g) dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (1 ¼oz/35g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons (3oz/85g) Butter, softened
  • 1 recipe pie crust
  • Egg wash
  • granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
