Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make the dressing: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Or add to a mason jar cover with lid and shake to blend well.
  2. In a large salad bowl layer together lettuce blend, apples, pecans, feta, cranberries, bacon, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Serve immediately after adding dressing.

Notes

  • The salad dressing can be prepared ahead and shaken in a jar for convenience.
  • Serve the salad immediately after adding dressing to keep ingredients crisp.
  • Variations in greens like baby spinach or spring mix work interchangeably with the suggested lettuces.
