Ingredients
- ¾ cup Stonyfield Whole Milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ small cabbage shredded (about 6 cups)
- 2 large apples sliced into matchsticks
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 2 green onions finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined and smooth.
- Add the cabbage, apples, carrots, and green onions and toss to evenly coat. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving for best results.
