Ingredients

  • 2 tart apples
  • 2 Tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 6 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Core the apples.
  2. Add the apples, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond milk and ice to a blender and blend.
