Apple Snickers Salad

Apple snickers salad is sweet and tart dessert salad made with vanilla pudding, cool whip, crisp Granny smith apple, loads of tasty snickers candy bar that is topped with generous drizzle of caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 3.4oz or 100grams packet vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk or 2% milk
  • 2 cups Cool Whip thawed
  • 4 granny smith apple chopped
  • 6 Snickers bar cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together vanilla instant pudding mix and milk.
  2. Fold in cool whip.
  3. Add chopped apple, snickers bar and gently mix into the pudding mix.
  4. Let the salad sit in the fridge for an hour before topping it with caramel sauce topping.
  5. Once it had chilled, scoop salad into serving dish, top with few chopped apples and snicker pieces and then drizzle with caramel sauce. Enjoy as dessert or if you like sweet sides serve it as side dish.
