Arbys Beef and Cheddar Recipe

Ingredients
- 2-3 pound chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups Arbys sauce plus more for serving
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce use your favorite, I like Ricos
- 4-6 onion hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place your roast in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle the steak seasoning and minced onion all over the roast.
- Pour over the Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the 1 ½ cups Arbys sauce on the roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- When the roast is cooked through and falling apart tender use 2 forks to shred it.
- To assemble sandwiches, pile the roast beef on onion buns and top with more Arbys sauce and the cheddar cheese sauce.

Notes
- Try toasting your onion buns before piling on the beef and cheddar. A little time under the broiler or on a skillet can add a delightful crunch.
- If you're using a jarred cheese sauce, gently warm it up before drizzling it over your sandwiches.
- Start with the recommended amount of Arbys sauce and adjust to your liking. Remember, you can always add more but can't take it away!
- You can add bacon and make these Bacon Beef and Cheddars.
