Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or neutral oil
  • 1/4 cup onion about 1/4, sweet, chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger approximately 1 tablespoon, peeled, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups rice refrigerated overnight, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cilantro small handful, chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions 2-3 stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce or oyster sauce (optional)
