Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or neutral oil
- 1/4 cup onion about 1/4, sweet, chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger approximately 1 tablespoon, peeled, minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups rice refrigerated overnight, cooked
- 1/2 cup cilantro small handful, chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions 2-3 stalks, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce or oyster sauce (optional)
