- 7 eggs beaten
- 1- ounce parmesan freshly grated
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 can artichoke heats chopped
- 2 to tomatoes chopped (I used plum, but any type is fine)
