- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Jalapeño diced (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except artichoke hearts.
- Once all ingredients are fully combined, add in artichoke hearts and mix gently just until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a small, greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
