Artichoke Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Jalapeño diced (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except artichoke hearts.
  3. Once all ingredients are fully combined, add in artichoke hearts and mix gently just until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small, greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
