Ingredients
- 4 cups arugula baby
- 1 orange sliced in circles
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoon blue cheese crumbled
- 3 tablespoon candied pecan
- ¼ whole red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tablespoon orange juice fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon orange muscat vinegar or balsamic
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
