Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh arugula
- 12 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine salt and olive oil. Mix well and then set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomato, and walnuts. Gently toss the ingredients.
- Add the olive oil mixture and white wine vinegar. Toss once more to incorporate all the ingredients.
