Asian Meatballs

Crockpot Asian meatballs take minutes to prep, are perfect for parties and have that savory Asian flavor we all know and love.

Ingredients

  • ½ (32-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions

Instructions

  1. Place meatballs in a slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour over meatballs and mix until coated.
  3. Cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving, and ENJOY!

Notes

  • Prep ahead of time. Mix the sauce up to 24 hours in advance and store it in the fridge.
  • Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months. Be sure to pour the sauce from the crock pot in the container too. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
