- ¼ cup Chinkiang vinegar
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic finely minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
