Asian Salad Dressing
This Asian Salad Dressing blends olive oil, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and tamari with a touch of honey and mayonnaise to create a balanced dressing with sweet, tangy, and nutty flavors. Fresh ginger and optional mirin add brightness and complexity. The dressing emulsifies smoothly and keeps well refrigerated for up to 10 days, making it useful for salads or as a light sauce.
