This simple and flavorful Asian sesame vinaigrette combines rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for a delicious salad dressing or marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or sealable jar, combine 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons black pepper.
  2. Whisk or shake the mixture until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over salads, or use it as a marinade.

Notes

  • This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
