Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps feature ground turkey cooked with garlic, bell pepper, and onion, accented by a sauce combining hoisin, soy, and grated ginger. The mixture is combined with cooked rice and green onions, then served spooned into crisp butter lettuce leaves. These wraps deliver a balance of savory, slightly sweet, and fresh flavors along with varied texture from tender cooked turkey and crisp lettuce.
