Asian Wonton Chicken Nachos

Asian Wonton Chicken Nachos are made with pulled chicken, sriracha cream, cabbage mix, green onions, and sweet cilantro sauce.

Ingredients

  • 24-32 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 2 cups chicken shredded rotisserie or 2 poached chicken breasts
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2/3 cup Cabbage Mix
Sriracha Cream:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons sriracha
Cilantro Lime Sauce:
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat until it reaches approximately 340 degrees.
  2. Place wonton wraps in skillet and fry until nice and golden brown -- approximately 45 seconds - 1 minute per side.
  3. Place fried wontons on towel-lined plate to drain.
  4. In small bowl, stir together sour cream and sriracha sauce.
  5. To make cilantro lime sauce, blend lime juice, vinegar, oil, cilantro, sugar, and salt in food processor or blender until blended.
  6. Top fried wontons with pulled chicken, cabbage mix, green onions and drizzle with sriracha cream and cilantro lime sauce.
  7. Eat while the wontons are hot!
