Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 1/2 ounce Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked cut green beans
  • 2 cups of cooked asparagus
  • 1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together the soup, milk, soy sauce and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Add in the asparagus, green beans and 2/3 cup of the fried onions. Mix in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling.  Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
  3. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

Notes

  • You can make this with fresh green beans as well, just steam them beforehand and add them in!
  • You can leave both the green beans and the asparagus whole for an entirely different "look" to the dish.
