Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp olive oil 15 mL
- ½ lb asparagus 220 g
- 1 cup burrata cheese 150 g
- ¼ to ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese 40 to 80 g
- 2 handfuls arugula
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Asparagus: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 C). Make or prepare pizza dough, shaping into a rectangular or round shape. Rub dough with olive oil, then spread asparagus onto the dough in a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Cheeses: Remove pizza from oven and add the cheeses. Return to the oven and cook until cheese turns golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve: Top with arugula, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
