Ingredients

  • 1 heet prepared puff pastry thawed
  • 10-20 lices gruyere cheese
  • 10-20 talks  asparagus cleaned
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place pastry dough into tart pan. Trim edges.
  3. Arrange slices of cheese onto pastry dough topped with trimmed asparagus stalks.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm.
