Prosciutto wrapped asparagus makes for a wonderful side dish or addition to an antipasto platter. It looks fancy but couldn’t be simpler to pull together!

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp avocado or olive oil
- 1/2 lb prosciutto thinly sliced
Instructions
- Trim the asparagus by cutting or snapping off the tough end of each asparagus stalk. Season them with oil and salt.
- Wrap each piece of asparagus in prosciutto. Assemble the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is nice and crispy. Enjoy!
