- 1 packet Au Jus
- 3 cups cold water or substitute cold broth
Instructions
- Slowly mix the packet of Au Jus with the cold water in the bottom of a saucepan.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat on the stovetop until boiling.
- When heated through pour over the top of meat or use as a dip for sandwiches. Serve hot.

Notes
- Do not try to mix the McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix with hot water, use cool water or broth only.
- You can pour the mix over meat if the recipe itself creates liquid and the mix will absorb fluid appropriately.
- Adding vegetables to the mix will add more flavor.
- If you notice lumps, just whisk them away.
