Authentic Japanese Gyoza Dipping Sauce

The authentic Japanese gyoza dipping sauce combines rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil (rayu), and ground black pepper to create a tangy, salty, slightly spicy complement for pan-fried gyoza. This balanced sauce enhances the dumplings’ flavor without overpowering them and works well served in small dishes for sharing.
