Ingredients
- ⅓ cup avocado mashed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 anchovy fillet or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, if you prefer
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded or shaved
- ¾ teaspoon salt sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 Tablespoons almond milk unsweetened
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Makes about 3/4 cup.
