Avocado Caesar Dressing
Description
This dressing combines ripe mashed avocado with minced garlic and anchovy for classic Caesar umami. Lemon juice introduces brightness, while olive oil and Worcestershire sauce deepen the savory notes. Dijon mustard adds mild pungency, and Parmesan cheese contributes sharpness and richness. The addition of almond milk and water thins the dressing to a pourable consistency.
The dressing is made quickly by blending all ingredients until smooth and can be adjusted with salt and pepper to taste. It provides a creamy and tangy option for Caesar salad lovers looking for a fresh avocado twist without using mayonnaise or heavy cream.
